We are a comprehensive design company that contributes to society with technology and human resources, focusing on mechanical design, control design, electrical and electronic design, software development, and architectural design. As of 2024, we have over 90 foreign employees working.
About 13 years ago, we surmised that considering the population distribution 10 and 20 years from now, it would be difficult to hire the necessary number of Japanese employees, so in 2011 we began hiring foreign employees. JPT was introduced after receiving information from a recruitment support company in Thailand, as it takes many exams (12 times a year), makes it easier to understand Japanese language proficiency based on score evaluation rather than pass/fail, and helps maintain motivation.

Many foreign engineers are highly motivated and want to improve themselves because they want to learn technology in Japan and give something back to their country, and they are also enthusiastic and willing to spare no effort to get used to the new environment. Existing employees are becoming more competitive and are bringing a new spirit into the company.
We will continue to provide opportunities for foreign employees to play an active role, and provide company-wide support to improve their Japanese language skills.
